The mission of 4-H is to assist youth, and adults working with those youth, to gain additional knowledge, life skills, and attitudes that will further their development as self-directing, contributing, and productive members of society.
The 4-H Club pledge:

Bar C Ranch
With a petting zoo from Bar C Ranch people of all ages will enjoy learning about both exotic and domestic species while they pet and feed our friendly animals. Every zoo is attended by a member of our knowledgeable staff who’s goal it is to help everyone get the most out of their petting zoo experience.

Anna Weibe from the 1st Virginia Mounted Shooting Association will be hosting a competitive mounted shoot during the fair for spectator pleasure as well as prize money!
